Everywhere we go everyone is coughing and sneezing, and while we wish that everyone would just stay home when they are sick, we all know it is not going to happen anytime soon.  There is so much out there that we have to take the steps to protect ourselves.  Naturally! We need to take care of ourselves and our families and try to keep them from getting anything that is out there.  We have so many oils to help build your immunity and help if you feel like you are coming down with something.  Today we are going to learn about the ON Guard Line. The line of  on Guard products that DōTERRA  has is truly amazing.  We use all of them in our home and as many people as we are with on a daily basis feel very lucky to have found them.

Starting with the essential oil blend itself.  We make roller balls and carry them with us as well as apply to our feet before we leave for work in the morning. Have your kids roll it on their feet before they leave for school. One drop under your tongue if you feel a scratchy throat coming on or gargle with a drop in a glass of water.  Also diffusing it will clean the air and help rid of germs.  We take it to hotels and diffuse in the room as soon as we arrive.

On Guard Gel caps and Beadlets are perfect for daily immunity.  We take one soft gel a day for prevention and if I feel something sneaking into the house we will double up.  Each soft gel has 2 drops of oil in it and the beadlets have 1/4 of a drop.  The beadlets are great to have with you everyday.  We used to take airborne before I got on the plane now we take 2 gel caps. I truly believe that this cut my bug I came down too a few weeks ago by 3/4 of the down time.  When everyone else was down and out for 2 to 3 weeks I was only down the weekend.
