I have to admit one this oil was not on my radar other than it was on the list of oils we did not have so I purchased it. Then I read up on it and found that it is great support for your kidneys and Urinary tract. We started putting it in our evening soft gels and found the up in the middle of the night trips reduced. It has become one we never run out of.

Aromatically: Inhale from bottle, diffuse, one or 2 drops in your hands inhale deeply before bed. Add to a spray bottle with water and spray the room.

Topical: 1 drop on your forehead and behind ears before bed.

Internal: 1 to 2 drops under tongue, or in a capsule or a glass of water.
