Doterra Patchouli EO: Physical and Emotional Uses

Updated: Jun 28, 2023

Why Patchouli? I was teaching a class last week and this oil came up as so many peoples favorite. You either love it or hate it but the benefits are worth having this oil near by. This oil was one of my least favorites but now it has grown on me as many have. The benefits it has given me in the stage of my life have been amazing and helped me get past issues I had with the smell. I use it often to aid in alleviating my own personal summers and balancing my often crazy mood swings. Applying to the inner sides of my ankles and down my spine.

Doterra suggests

Diffuse alone or combine with woody aromas to enjoy the grounding benefits of dōTERRA Patchouli. Apply it to dry areas to help reduce the appearance of wrinkles and blemishes. When diluted, dōTERRA Patchouli acts as a natural deodorant. The strong and unique scent makes a great base in floral blends.”
