Why Eucalyptus?

I remember going to Mademoiselle Woman’s GYM when I was in my 20’s and I also remember the main reason I went was to go in the Eucalyptus Steam room. Spending my 30 minute to hour I loved it! After I would walk out of there with wide open lungs and energized. When I ordered my 1st bottle of Doterra Eucalyptus the 1st thing I did was put a few drops in a bowl of steamy water and threw a towel over my head and inhaled. 1st thought was wow this smells so much better than that steam room and I can breathe! Place two drops Eucalyptus oil directly onto the shower floor while you are showering. Physical Uses

1. Combine Eucalyptus oil with Lemon and Peppermint oil in a spray bottle and use it to wipe down surfaces in your kitchen or bathroom.

2. Add one drop of Eucalyptus essential oil to moisturizer and apply to skin for revitalizing benefits.

3. While showering, place a few drops in the hands, place over nose, and inhale deeply to invigorate and promote vitality
