"Why Correct X?"

This is one of my top 10 products that we never run out of. I check before every order to be sure we have plenty. We use it for everything. But I want to share my scariest story with you. Everyone knows what a mandolin is, and everyone knows you should always use a guard when using it to chop things. I, too, know all of this, but last summer, as I was telling my husband I should be using the guard while slicing onions, it literally sliced my hand wide open. No lie, I thought I was going to pass out. It was deep and wide open, but there was no blood or pain; they are so sharp.
