Service Description
Join us for an interactive evening focused on the role community and accountability play in lasting health and wellness. During this session we’ll explore: • Why accountability works • How support groups improve follow-through • How to ask for support from friends and family We’ll also spend time in small group conversations where you’ll have the opportunity to share: • your biggest current challenge • one way others can support you on your journey My hope is that everyone leaves feeling encouraged, connected, and reminded that you are not doing this alone.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policy 1:1 Fees to be paid 24 hours before the session is set to take place. No Shows will forfeit the fee. (I will wait for 10 minutes in zoom rooms) 24 hours are required for rescheduling your appointment or you will forfeit your fee. 24 hours or less reschedule will be a $10.00 fee to be paid at time of reschedule. Start times and end times are strictly enforced.
