Service Description

Connect with AOYSCoaching for a comprehensive 1:1 coaching session that will focus on all aspects of health and wellness. This 60 minute session is specifically designed for members of our weekly support group and will involve goal setting, overcoming obstacles, and celebrating successes. We will focus on three key areas: nutrition, activity and mindset. Let us help you reach your health and wellness goals.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policy 1:1 Fees to be paid 24 hours before the session is set to take place. No Shows will forfeit the fee. (I will wait for 10 minutes in zoom rooms) 24 hours are required for rescheduling your appointment or you will forfeit your fee. 24 hours or less reschedule will be a $10.00 fee to be paid at time of reschedule. Start times and end times are strictly enforced.
