All coaching services are virtual—no matter where you are, we can work together!

With 24 years of experience in the weight loss industry, I’ve spent countless hours coaching groups and individuals to build healthier, more balanced lives. In 2019, I expanded my expertise with multiple life coaching certifications, enabling me to help clients with stress management, self-care, boundaries, goal setting, and overall well-being.

I believe most people are 90% of the way to their goals—they just need help with the last 10%. That’s where I come in. Whether you need guidance in health, career, organization, or follow-through, I ask the right questions to help you find your answers.​​​

Our Power of 13 method focuses on portion control, reducing sugar and saturated fats, mindful eating, and sustainable lifestyle changes. These groups are not about dieting—they’re about transforming your relationship with food, health, and yourself.

Support Group Options & Pricing 

Always On Your Side Coaching – 2026 Pricing & Offerings

💜 Virtual Weekly Support Groups – $45/month

Your weekly reset, accountability check-in, and mindset lift.

Includes:

  • Weekly virtual support groups (max 25 screens)

  • Private Facebook community

  • Weekly discussion recaps

  • Monthly themes + weekly discussion starters

  • A supportive group that keeps you focused and moving forward

Current Schedule (MST):

  • Wednesdays – 9:30 AM

  • Saturdays – 7:30 AM, 9:00 AM, 10:15 AM

💚 Support Group + One-on-One Coaching

Add coaching sessions at member pricing:

  • 30 minutes – $35

  • 45 minutes – $45

  • 60 minutes – $60

These are in addition to the $45/month Support Group membership.

💜 Coaching Without Support Groups

For those who prefer one-on-one coaching only:

  • 30 minutes – $45

  • 45 minutes – $55

  • 60 minutes – $70

💚 Monthly Maintenance Group – $20/month

Perfect for those maintaining progress who still want:

  • Monthly accountability

  • Goal-setting

  • A supportive check-in
