Service Description

Schedule a 1:1 Coaching Consultation with Always On Your Side Coaching and start your journey to a healthier life. During this virtual get-to-know-each-other session, we'll determine if we are a good match. Discuss the options 1:1 Personal or Support Groups. If you choose to move forward you'll receive a Nutrition Questionnaire and the Power of 13 assessment to fill out and send back.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policy 1:1 Fees to be paid 24 hours before the session is set to take place. No Shows will forfeit the fee. (I will wait for 10 minutes in zoom rooms) 24 hours are required for rescheduling your appointment or you will forfeit your fee. 24 hours or less reschedule will be a $10.00 fee to be paid at time of reschedule. Start times and end times are strictly enforced.
