🌱 GLP-1 Coaching & Support For current users A warm, supportive session to help you navigate your experience with GLP-1 medications. We’ll talk through side effects, appetite changes, nutrition, movement, and how to stay grounded and confident on your journey. What we cover: What you’re experiencing on the medication Managing symptoms + reducing discomfort Nutrition and protein strategies when appetite is low Protecting your muscle and metabolism Hydration and supplement support Power of 13 foundations Emotional wellness along the way Clear next steps based on your goals
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policy 1:1 Fees to be paid 24 hours before the session is set to take place. No Shows will forfeit the fee. (I will wait for 10 minutes in zoom rooms) 24 hours are required for rescheduling your appointment or you will forfeit your fee. 24 hours or less reschedule will be a $10.00 fee to be paid at time of reschedule. Start times and end times are strictly enforced.
