Probably longer than you want.
That’s the truth most people do not want to hear when they start a health journey. We want quick results, immediate change, fast motivation, and proof that every hard choice is “working.”
But health and wellness rarely work that way.
The people who succeed long term are usually not the people doing the most extreme things. They are the people who learn how to trust the process long enough to let the work compound.
