#3 Double your Vegetables


Hey there! Coach Paris here. Let's talk about one of my favorite Power of 13 principles from my book, "Always On Your Side Coaching Power of 13": #5 Double Your Vegetables.


Why Double Your Veggies? Veggies are Mother Nature's multivitamins. They're packed with essential nutrients, fiber, and antioxidants. Upping your intake means doubling the benefits. Think about it: more energy, better digestion, enhanced immunity, and so much more.


It's Easier Than You Think Going double doesn't mean you're just eating salads all day. Sneak 'em in your breakfast smoothies, bulk up your lunchtime wraps, or make a veggie-loaded dinner stir-fry. The possibilities? Endless!


The Impact on Your Wellness More veggies mean a happier gut and a more balanced diet. Plus, their high fiber content keeps you full and satisfied. This can lead to better weight management and even reduced cravings.


Sneak 'Em Into Every Meal!

  • Breakfast:

    • Smoothies - Spinach, kale, and even cauliflower blend seamlessly with fruits. You get your greens without even tasting them.

    • Omelets - Fill them up with bell peppers, onions, spinach, and mushrooms. A colorful morning plate!


  • Lunch:

    • Wraps & Sandwiches - Lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, and sprouts add a delightful crunch to your wraps.

    • Soups - Puree some zucchini or carrots to add body and flavor.


  • Dinner:

    • Stir-fries - Toss in broccoli, bell peppers, snap peas, and more.

    • Pasta - Opt for zoodles (zucchini noodles) or mix spiralized veggie noodles with your regular pasta for a nutrient boost.


The Wellness Ripple Effect Incorporating more veggies leads to a domino effect of goodness: better digestion, enhanced immunity, and even brighter skin. The fiber keeps you full, aiding in weight management and reducing those pesky cravings.
